what this Mentoring is

I love nothing more than to watch someone come alive to their power or the spark of their raw creative energy. I believe for a lot of us this is done through business - the creation of truly regenerative businesses that allow us freedom of expression, service, time and energy. These types of businesses or projects allow you to evolve and empower yourself elevating your life to higher realms of passion, joy, ease and contentment.

Mentoring provides an expansive space to throw all your ideas, dreams, visions and plans on to the table and allow them to reorganise themselves into form. I believe that a practical set of simple and easeful solutions are available for every business and that when connected with a clear vision for the business, something beautifully aligned and powerful can be birthed.

Mentoring can include (but is not limited to):

• Research for practical systems to automise and simplify business tasks

• Business vision including the who, why and what

• Selecting aesthetics, styles and language which compliment your vision

• Goal setting, budgeting, planning

• Powerful prompting and questioning to go deeper into your dream

• Identifying limiting beliefs and blocks which prevent you from creating your most aligned business or project

• A feel into what the new paradigm of business may be like

what this mentoring is not

If you are looking for traditional business advice, financial charting, forecasts and projections, sales funnels or marketing tactics then this is NOT for you. I believe the business world has created complexity in a place where it needn’t be and along with this has come a list of things that NEED to be completed and a picture of how business SHOULD be done. I do not subscribe to these beliefs - along with others that tell you business must be hard, a hustle, time intensive or free of everyday joys.
